In California, we will be planting a variety of tree species including Sugar Pine, California Redwood (State tree), Maple, Elderberry, Willow, Birch, and many more. California has thousands of tree species native to the state, and the team at One Tree Planted allows us to nurture those specific species, as well as others when we move to a new state. We are excited to play a small part in restoring and protecting our forests and wilderness. To start, we'll be working within California, which has suffered more damage from wildfires in 2020 than any other year.
